About Performance Strategy 

As Performance Strategy, our mission is to expand our expertise and leverage our proximity to technology and customers to incubate, manage & grow the Accelerate customers. We are uniquely placed in the middle of the organization, serving as a bridge between commercial and technical teams; we are the power users of our tools and hence we support implementation, optimization and analytics as well as product and process developments.

Performance Strategy supports all Accelerate customers, through every stage of the account lifecycle, with an eye on performance, scale and growth strategies. We do that by continually balancing a diverse set of responsibilities and collaboration with various teams across the org which the table below highlights.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for on key clients - managing & optimizing for performance, collaborating with account teams and escalating niche issues internally 
  • Data manipulation and analysis; delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in client calls and QBRs when required 
  • Be an expert in our platform and work closely with account teams to formulate campaign optimization strategies to meet customers' needs
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects across technical and non-technical teams
  • Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls
  • Play an active role in various cross-functional projects
  • Be proactive with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings
  • Comfortably operate across the company matrix and lead communication with technical and non-technical teams  
  • Identify & analyze performance trends and potential issues 
  • Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards and make recommendations to client-facing team
  • Identify, triage and escalate issues to management and internal teams
  • Critically assess team processes, develop best practices, and drive improvements
  • Help with training and mentorship of new and junior team members
  • Design and manage internal processes, documentation, and trainings

Requirements: 

  • Diploma/Bachelors, or equivalent work experience, with at least 5yrs of work experience including 4+ years campaign optimization, BI or analytical experience in adtech
  • Performance-focused optimization experience
  • The ability to draw insights from data
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams
  • A strategic and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for product and process improvement

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with proprietary toolsets and dashboards
  • Experience using SQL and Tableau
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Spoken Business Mandarin

Location:

This role is based in Singapore. Our office is located in the CBD (30 Raffles Place) and most employees come to the office at least 1 day per week (Thurs).

Travel Expectations:

We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.

Compensation:

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.

The annual pay range for this position in Singapore is: SGD 85,000 - 105,000 plus bonus

Liftoff's Compensation Strategy

Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work. In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location. Liftoff provides employees a total compensation package of competitive market salaries, equity, health and wellness stipends, medical benefits associated with your country of residence. The base compensation will vary based on location, experience as well as level.
