About the Role
As a Sr. People Success Partner for R&D, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by supporting employees and managers across the organization. Your focus will be on HR operations, employee relations, and process improvement, ensuring that people programs are efficient, employee-centric, and aligned with our company culture. You will work closely with HR leadership, People Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to build a supportive, high-performing workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations concerns, questions, and guidance across the organization.
- Conduct and lead escalated investigations by gathering and analyzing facts and come to a resolution.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance team in conducting investigations and HR leaders to provide counsel and facilitate effective resolutions of workplace concerns.
- Oversee and manage involuntary separations for both performance and role eliminations.
- Assist in creating insights from data to inform ER best practices.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with senior leaders and HRBPs to be a key partner across the organization.
- Interpret and apply understanding of Abnormal policies, employment law and other regulations to provide recommendations to the business.
- Coach and advise managers on employee underperformance, terminations, accommodations and complex leaves.
- Operations
- Become an expert on our people processes, policies, employee resources,and systems and help us maintain and consolidate employee resources.
- Train managers on People systems, programs, policies, and procedures by helping to create and maintain materials that communicate to employees and leaders effectively.
- Data/ Analytics
- Identify trends and themes across the team and recommend modifications to existing People programs and processes or, in some cases, the creation of new ones.
- Help identify new opportunities for the People Team initiatives through data, analytics, insights, and design thinking.
- Culture Champion
- Be a champion and advocate of our mission, values, and culture by fostering values-driven solutions.

Base salary range:
$130,000—$152,000 USD
