POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Marketing Specialist is instrumental in advancing EAC’s marketing initiatives. This role involves executing impactful marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and deploying strategies to captivate and connect with target audiences. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement marketing plans that support business objectives, stimulate growth, and foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the team.

This is a hybrid position in Minneapolis, MN and re-location is not offered. Must be able to immediately commute to Minneapolis, MN office location 3 times per week.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and improve lead nurturing across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
  • Create high-quality content for marketing channels, including blog posts, case, studies, social media posts, and other innovative opportunities to educate and engage our audience.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure innovation and optimization of campaigns which align with the company’s goals, attract customers in the market, and support the customer journey including the development of sales enablement materials to support the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor the company’s website and ensure content is current, optimized for search engines, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Assist in creating materials, presentations, and sales collateral to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist with and participate in planning and executing product launches, promotional activities, trade shows, and weekly internal marketing updates virtually and/or in-person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and share knowledge and insight with the broader team.
  • Strategic role in planning and decision-making, lead major projects, mentor team members
  • Handles more complex and high-impact projects
  • Other duties as assigned as company needs dictate.

Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in content creation, strategic marketing, product marketing, or related position.
  • Must be able to immediately commute to Minneapolis, MN office location 3 times per week.
  • Experience in data management and governance, including data cleansing, data enrichment, and data quality management.
  • Understanding of HTML, digital tools, and platforms such as Act-On, Google Analytics, CRMs, and WordPress.
  • Must have extensive experience with the Adobe Suite of products.
  • Experience in project management platforms and framework.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, including CRMs, marketing automation tools, and analytic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to measure success of the campaign, be creative, and have a “think outside the box” mentality.
  • Must be available to attend promotional events which may require working outside of normal business hours as needed.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet the project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations.
  • Must possess good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer and company goals.
  • Ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output.

Additional Information

COMPENSATION

Base Annual Salary is $67 K for this Full Time position + opportunity of up to 5% KPI bonus
