We’re hiring a Manager, Software Engineering to join our Netherlands team and manage an engineering team of 9.

About the Role's Scope:

  • Responsible for the Application Workspace (AW) team ( 10) and the engineering portion of the Application Workspace product - located in Utrecht. AW is a C# product.
  • Partner with AW Product Manager.
  • Work closely & partner with Finnish Application Manager team.
  • Partner with Senior engineers and managers across the organization.
  • Leadership role in Utrecht and Europe.

Team Responsibilities:

  • Application Workspace provides both an end-user local interface and assists IT in managing the end user experience. Today, it integrates with Setup Store to ensure smooth and reliable application updates. 
  • Balance feature and technical debt delivery, with a focus on modern and effective technologies.
  • Ensure that all team members have a partner in their professional development.
  • Lead code reviews and participate/lead in software design reviews.
  • Mentor and train software engineers.
  • Strong proponent of engineering best practices.
  • Agile practices and more importantly an agile mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Depth of management experience
  • Global management experience
  • Software development expertise
  • Expertise with distributed B2B SaaS systems.
  • Expertise across a variety of technologies, with knowledge of a .Net stack. 
  • Cloud and preferably agent/daemon experience.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks: 

• In addition to salary, cash compensation for this role also includes 10% annual discretionary company bonus potential. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
