What We Need

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will help lead and optimize our global sales operations functions.  This role, reporting into the Vice President of Revenue Operations, is critical in supporting revenue growth through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and scalable sales infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to streamline processes, manage performance analytics, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. 

The successful candidate will have strong communication and project management skills to work with stakeholders, understand CRM requirements, and shape analytical deliverables.


Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define go-to-market strategy, sales targets, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and pipeline analysis.


Process Optimization & CRM Management

  • Heavily influence the CRM strategy (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and alignment with business needs.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows within HubSpot to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee implementation of sales tools and technologies to support growth.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks across the sales funnel.


Performance Analytics & Insights

  • Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to improve team performance and forecast accuracy.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, preferably in the ad tech, martech, or SaaS industries
  • Proven experience scaling sales operations in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), sales tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience with key analytical applications (e.g., Excel, Google Suite, Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, organized, independent, and detail oriented; metrics-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.


Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:

  • A 30 minute video interview with each Hiring Manager.
  • Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
  • Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $100,000-$120,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
