What We Need
We’re looking for a driven Partnerships Analyst Intern to join our Demand Partnerships team for summer 2025. The selected individual will own and manage operational tasks and conduct data analysis to drive exchange health and grow programmatic business, with a heavy focus on Yieldmo’s book of demand-side platform (DSP) partners. The Analyst will support the Partnerships team and collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Operations and Exchange Operations teams. The ideal candidate will exhibit innate curiosity and aptitude for learning the programmatic ad tech landscape, show strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, and generate business insights through data analysis.
This is a hybrid role, candidates must be based in NYC with the expectation of coming into the office once a week to collaborate with their manager and members of their team. This internship will be 8-10 weeks, start and end dates flexible to candidate availability
What You Can Expect In This Role
- Support Platform Partnerships team in owning and managing operational tasks related to exchange health monitoring, supply and demand connectivity, and deal activation
- Run recurring and ad hoc data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to grow programmatic business
- Build reports and dashboards to support cross-functional initiatives, working alongside Supply and Exchange operational teams
- Acquire knowledge in programmatic concepts and build expertise in Yieldmo platform tooling to drive operational excellence
- Hone technical skills in platforms such as Looker/Looker Studio, Snowflake, Google Apps Script
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing Bachelor's degree; strong preference for STEM disciplines
- Dedicated self-starter eager to learn programmatic advertising technology with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Data-driven, demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and problem solving – ability to generate insights from data to power business decisions
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and GSuite, proficiency with Excel
Hiring Process
Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:
- A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager
- Candidates will be invited to join a remote onsite interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership
- Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer
Nice to Haves
- Experience in or knowledge of the ad tech industry
- Knowledge of coding/computer programming
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms

US Jobs: The salary range for this role is: $25.00 - 30.00 per hour. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
