Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, agile and experienced Senior Manager of Media and Analyst Relations to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation among key stakeholders, including Tier 1 business press, analysts, and the broader public. The ideal candidate has an exceptional track record interfacing with press and effortlessly generating Tier 1 business press coverage while balancing communications priorities in a complex, multi-billion dollar enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and shape compelling stories that break through the noise and resonate with our investor, customer and ecosystem audiences.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive media and analyst relations strategy to enhance brand awareness, preference and innovation leadership.
- Build and maintain leverageable, accessible relationships with top tier 1 business, trade and broadcast press worldwide.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, customers and partners to ensure alignment between corporate goals and media relations activities.
- Ability to navigate complex inquiries and shape positive narratives.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing
- Extensive experience leading communications functions within multi-billion dollar, Fortune 50 technology companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in the semiconductor, software or systems verticals.
- An expansive network of global press and analyst contacts that can be leveraged to support the company’s objectives.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Key Skills:
- A strong track record of results in Tier 1 media relations, strategy, and planning.
- In-depth knowledge of analyst relations and public relations best practices.
- Adept at crisis management and crafting responses under pressure.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Outstanding interpersonal and writing skills, capable of crafting and communicating clear, impactful messages.

The annual salary range for California is $144,200 to $267,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
