ABOUT THIS ROLE 

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and partnering with the Head of Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM Leadership, this role drives efficiency, optimization, and growth within the Marketing organization. As a founding team member, you'll shape foundational processes and support the company’s next phase of scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Lead strategic planning, build and own the annual pipeline model, and optimize the Marketing operating cadence.
  • Performance & Insights: Design reporting packages, establish analytics frameworks, and refine the Marketing attribution model to measure marketing impact.
  • Technology & Automation: Develop and implement the Marketing tech stack strategy, optimize lead scoring/routing, and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and drive initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness, streamline GTM processes, and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functionality: Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and drive revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Strategy, or Analytics, ideally in B2B HaaS or SaaS.
  • Experience in scaling marketing functions in high-growth environments ($100M–$1BN revenue).
  • Deep expertise in marketing technology (HubSpot, Zoominfo, SFDC) and data analysis (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to build marketing automation, optimize processes, and measure ROI in complex business models.
  • Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to senior leaders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
