Core Responsibilities

  • People leadership of 4 direct reports.
  • Oversee major accounts with advanced buyership and supplier management.
  • Drive, lead and deliver against long term KR Hyper Channel strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities with retail accounts for co-contribution of marketing campaigns to drive the strategic priorities.
  • Work with the KAM team to create new and innovative ways to market LEGO products within our hyper retail accounts.
  • Foster and develop business relationships within the hyper accounts.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing , Operations and Finance.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure marketing drive periods and promotional campaigns are tied into retailer promotions to ensure that sales promotions are maximized in line with LEGO theme priorities.

Hyper Channels hold around 1/3 of our business with major accounts like Emart, Toys"R"Us, Homeplus, Costco, Lotte Mart. This role will have the overall responsibility of the hyper channels and leading the 4 Key Account Managers.
 

The role of the sales department is to manage the accounts and channels according to our strategy and strategic segmentation while building great and lasting relations with our customers.
 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience in leading Hyper Channels within FMCG, B2C, Retailing or Wholesale industry.
  • Strong in selling and negotiation skills, sales & commercial analysis and customer collaboration.
  • Successful leadership experience (direct/ indirectly) in managing diverse individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive insights and recommendations through facts.
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with colleagues worldwide.
