About the RoleThe Senior Manager of HR Implementation & Go to Market is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of HR-related products and initiatives aimed at optimizing the role of our HR Business Partners and the overall Employee Experience. This role involves leading the implementation of HR platforms, programs, processes, and policies, in support of the organization’s strategic priorities and Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values.
This role will report into the Sr. Director HR Implementation & Go-to-Market and will be hub based.What You'll Do

Lead agile teams of cross-functional partners, setting clear performance expectations and overseeing processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Design implementation plans for strategic and enterprise HR initiatives, supporting employees through transitions and ensuring implementation plans are adapted based on unique audiences, i.e. stores, and HQ.

Manage the day-to-day tactics/processes for transformational, high-impact programs across multiple stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business functions.

Leverage data and project/portfolio management tools, (i.e. Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.) and creative design tools (i.e. Adobe suite) to successfully manage and execute employee facing products and programs at scale.

Partner with key stakeholders to continuously refine HR implementation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Establish clear success measures, track adoption and impact, and adjust strategies as needed to drive sustained business outcomes.

Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, (i.e. COEs, HRBPs) and will anticipate challenges, execute solutions, communicate effectively, to support end to end product implementation
