The Role

The Sr Manager, Growth Marketing (New Verticals) at Cedar plays a crucial role in driving growth and acquisition strategies for our dental and orthodontic provider segments. This position ensures successful market expansion through multi-channel lead generation and nurturing campaigns. The role combines strategic marketing expertise with analytical thinking to drive provider acquisition, optimize performance metrics, and deliver measurable business results in Cedar's expansion into new healthcare verticals.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive qualified leads for dental and orthodontic provider segments
    • Manage paid acquisition channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms
    • Plan and execute targeted event marketing initiatives specific to dental and orthodontic industries
    • Design and implement innovative lead generation campaigns to meet growth objectives and acquisition targets

Marketing Lifecycle Management

    • Own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle from awareness to conversion for new vertical segments
    • Create and optimize lead nurturing programs to effectively move prospects through the sales funnel
    • Develop segmented email marketing campaigns tailored to dental and orthodontic provider needs and pain points
    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion optimization

Performance Optimization & Reporting

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics including CAC, MQL rate, and conversion metrics
    • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and growth initiatives
    • Identify opportunities for optimization across channels to improve efficiency and ROI
    • Research and implement new marketing channels and approaches to accelerate acquisition in dental and orthodontic segments

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Proven track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Strong expertise with paid digital marketing platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign management
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize marketing performance metrics such as CAC and conversion rates
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent project management abilities with strong attention to detail and results orientation

Compensation Range and Benefits

  • Salary Range*: $119,000 - $140,000 annually
  • This role is equity eligible
  • This role offers a competitive benefits and wellness package
