Job Description:

HPE Global Support is looking for a high-caliber leader for our Process and Tools team. This position will be an integral part of the Business Operations team. You are a fit if you thrive in a fast-paced environment that values crucial communication, alignment with our company's core principles, collaboration, results and have a mix of strong people leadership, process expertise and strategic initiative implementation skills. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further strengthen Global Support’s process and tool capabilities, while driving efficiency for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and lead a team comprised primarily of SLeMs and BPAs, to enable best-in-class workflow management tools and processes for Globa Support
  • Drive collaboration between various process capability groups and provide strategic guidance on top priorities
  • Consolidate process expertise for E2E Global Support deliverables
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on release planning and execution, including providing an executive summary
  • Brainstorm, establish and own IT PoR roadmap for HPE Global Support; support strategic planning by providing clear input and rationale for requests
  • Identify and lead/support process simplification and standardization initiatives
  • Be a thought leader for innovation in our workflow systems and tools – build a business case for prioritized ideas
  • Assign responsibilities, provide direction, leadership, and coaching, remove barriers as needed to enable direct reports to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals
  • Create and foster a mutually beneficial relationship with various Global Support functions, delivery functions and support teams.
  • Present periodic executive updates for process and tools deliverables, including monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Create a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, is challenging and rewarding
  • Achieve diversity and other HR goals
  • May participate in initiatives to improve effective development and utilization of company human capital (e.g. develop rotational programs, re-skilling programs, etc).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving, managing individual and team productivity and dynamics
  • Extensive background in HPE case management processes and workflow tools
  • Proven expertise in leading process and tool design; including ongoing process and tool improvements
  • Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-business unit initiatives, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources
  • Candidly approachable, relates well to others, engages people and helps them understand change, provides and seeks feedback, articulates clearly, actively listens
  • Strong presenter; including executive presentations and storytelling at an executive level
  • Communicates effectively, excellent written and verbal communication skills, mastery in English
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate organization and policies, and cross functional roles and objectives, including end-to-end operational and functional knowledge of HPE Operations
  • Recognized as authority in their area of expertise; more frequent influence at cross-functional and on executive level
  • Leads change and innovation – Challenge the status quo
  • Program and project management skills, including successfully leading strategic cross-functional initiatives would be an added advantage

Education and Experience Required:

  • 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management.
  • First level and advanced level university degree preferred.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $130,500.00 - $300,000.00
