Overview
Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to support global marketing campaigns for our supply chain management SaaS software and Services targeting the current Blue Yonder customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for executing integrated campaigns that contribute to revenue growth from the Blue Yonder customer base.., You will aid in-market messaging tailored to targeted audiences and industries, ensuring alignment of strategies and tactics to enhance engagement and drive demand growth within new and existing accounts.
Scope
The successful candidate will have proven experience in executing impactful campaign strategies, analyzing target markets and customer behavior, and implement innovative marketing channel and program strategies to drive audience engagement and conversion through the marketing funnel. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, business development, industry strategy, field and product marketing, to create global, audience-targeted campaigns, that align with business objectives.
What you will do
- Support the design and creation of end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting the current Blue Yonder customer base. that maximizes lead generation by collaborating with sales, services, field marketing, creative, industry strategy and other stakeholders to understand market opportunities and define optimal strategies.
- Build knowledge of Blue Yonder’s solutions, target markets, audiences, and decision-making processes to determine the best way to address and support our target customer profiles.
- Analyze market and portfolio coverage to identify potential campaign opportunities and help define ideal target audiences to generate pipeline and accelerate conversion.
- Execute tactics across various channels including content marketing, paid media, email, and other relevant channels, working with field, product, and influencer marketing to maximize impact.
- Execute customer-centric in-market messages and campaign assets that communicate and differentiate Blue Yonder’s value in target industries, segments, and regions.
- Develop campaign briefs and work with internal creative teams and agencies to translate campaign visions into a creative concept and campaign assets.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to effectively share campaign plans and messaging to optimize marketing program adoption and campaign results.
- Collaborate with field marketing and analytics teams to understand campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and optimize future messaging and channel strategies to maximize returns.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or at least 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, demand generation, or a related field. Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and creating integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, omni-channel marketing, customer marketing, digital marketing and lead conversion programs
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, with a high comfort level in analytics and quick adaptation to business needs
- Highly accountable individual with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution

The salary range for this position is $104,669.00 to $151,665.00 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
