Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a critical leadership role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of Black Rifle Coffee Company. This role will focus its support to the DTC, E-Commerce, and Retail businesses including sales and marketing. This role partners cross-functionally with supporting functions to provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data to drive business insights and optimize profitability.
This individual will lead key financial initiatives, including sales performance, cost of goods analysis, inventory management support, and capital investment planning. The role requires someone who is highly analytical, thrives in a dynamic CPG environment, and excels at building and tracking P&Ls, budgets and forecasts, and financial models that support informed business decisions.

This is a hybrid opportunity working 3 days in office out of our Salt Lake City or Nashville Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Serves as a strategic partner and primary financial contact for the DTC, E-Commerce, and Retail channels, which include senior leadership team and stakeholders throughout the company.

Lead the development of the company’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning across departments.

Build dynamic models that enable scenario planning, revenue/margin forecasting, and business case evaluation.

Partner with functional leaders to align financial forecasts with business drivers and key performance indicators.

Support in preparation and review of monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations.

Create and maintain monthly reports to monitor performance indicators, develop insights, and analyze cause of variance to the annual plan and ongoing forecasts.

Collaborates and partners with cross functional support teams, including accounting for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.

Support continual improvements of processes and systems.
Education and Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics, within CPG, retail, or e-commerce.

Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, and tracking sales performance.

Proven ability to partner with leaders to achieve topline sales growth targets and control spend.

Knowledge in GAAP accounting and standard accounting procedures and processes.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership.

Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

US Military Veteran is a plus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements
This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events.
