This role is within Chamberlain's Groups Finance Function. The incumbent will play a critical role in driving
financial performance and strategic decision-making by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Experience requirements include: 10+ years of experience, 5+ years of management experience. Experience working on board of director presentations is highly desirable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.

Support the Director of FP&A with leading the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.

Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Support creation of board of director presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.

Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Lead and run the strategic long-range plan for the business.

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as needed.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

MBA or CPA preferred, but not required.
Experience:
-
10+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate FP&A environment.

5+ years of experience in managing a team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The pay range/rate of pay for this position is $123,600.00 - $199,275.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
