Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Campaign Delivery to lead and mentor a campaign delivery team while delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns. This role requires a hands-on expert in Marketo campaign development with the ability to execute campaigns efficiently, adhere to best practices, and ensure alignment with business goals. As the go-to resource for B2B and B2C campaign execution excellence, you will be responsible for developing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns and empowering your team to achieve operational efficiency and exceptional results. Reporting to the Senior Director, MarTech & Operations, you will play a critical role in driving campaign success and fostering team development.

What you’ll do:

Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of (3) campaign managers/digital marketing specialists to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Campaign Development & Execution Build, test, and deploy advanced marketing campaigns in Marketo, ensuring speed, accuracy, and adherence to best practices. Act as Marketo SME, providing guidance on campaign workflows, automation and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Process Documentation: Build and maintain process documentation and checklists to support campaign execution, enabling clarity and consistency for all partners.

Automation and Customer Journey Management: Implement and optimize automated workflows, ensuring consistent and timely touch points throughout the customer lifecycle.

Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results and align with strategic goals.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle and Workflow teams to align on campaign strategy, priorities, resources and delivery timeline.

Platform Expertise: Serve as best-in-class example for the development of digital marketing campaigns in Marketo, Pendo and connected tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drift, Salesforce, & Demandbase.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA on campaign assets to ensure compliance with branding, messaging, audience definition and regulatory standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Project Management: Use tools like Asana to run campaign workflows, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.
Experience you’ll bring:

5-7 years of hands-on experience in campaign development, including optimizing workflows and history of successful delivery

Experience with both Marketo and B2C-focused ESPs like Braze or Iterable
-
Experience in B2B and B2C customer lifecycle management.

2+ years experience leading or mentoring a team, with a consistent track record to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

Proficiency in communications campaign execution across multiple channels (email, in-app, SMS) and optimizing for engagement and conversion.

Proficiency in demand generation campaign execution, including webinars, paid media and content programs.
-
Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns that align with business objectives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with collaborators in Lifecycle, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing.

Proficiency in HTML for building, troubleshooting, and customizing email templates as needed. (Nice to have)

Advanced understanding of email deliverability and experience with tools used to monitor reputation. (Nice to have)

Advanced understanding of email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices. (Nice to have)

Familiarity with complementary platforms such as Salesforce, Drift, Demandbase and Pendo. (Nice to have)

Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,900 - $124,500 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
