Job Description:
- Monitor all logistics activities in the solar energy sector, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
- Track the transportation of materials and equipment, ensuring deadlines are met and costs are controlled.
- Prepare reports on logistics operation performance metrics and analyze them to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all customs processes are properly handled for the import and export of solar energy-related products.
- Develop metrics for customs processes and analyze data to implement improvement actions.
- Stay up to date with local and international regulations to ensure the company remains compliant with legal requirements.
- Coordinate shipments according to planning, liaising with international logistics providers and managing system updates within Nextracker.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards related to work processes and implemented management systems.
- Ensure the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of materials, equipment under your responsibility, and the workplace, while keeping documentation organized.
- Perform other related activities in line with your role and work processes.
