Job Description

Enterprise Horizon is seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator to join our team and support our U.S. Navy customer. Responsibilities may include:

  • Install, configure, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and provide hardware and software support for Linux and other systems
  • Configure security settings to include file permissions and STIG configurations
  • Test, evaluate, and recommend security solutions
  • Review and remediate Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scan results
  • Create and update documentation and SOPs for best practices
  • Work with the Navy customer to recommend and develop automation tools
  • Collaborate closely with the Navy customer and other team members

Location
Remote work is available. The ability to attend occasional on-site meetings in Mechanicsburg, PA to interface with the client is highly desired.

Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Security+ Certification
  • Strong Linux and Windows systems administration experience
  • DOD STIG experience
  • AWS cloud experience is highly desired
  • Experience with some of the following is highly desired
    • UNIX/Solaris
    • Ansible
    • Python
    • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash)
    • Container knowledge (Docker/Podman/Kuberneties)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to attend occasional on-site meetings in Mechanicsburg, PA is highly desired
