What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Strategic leader responsible for the Direct Customer/Business Management of Sam’s Club to achieve sales objectives on behalf of BODYARMOR
  • Create and develop BASN’s Club-Channel vision and strategy to support both long-term and short-term business objectives with execution strategies both internally and externally
  • Ownership over forecasting while collaborating with supply chain and transportation organizations to ensure continuity of supply through highly seasonal business
  • Subject matter expert on building joint business planning models for customers with the ability to demonstrate this capability to Sr. Leadership
  • Deep understanding of Sam’s Club internal systems, including MADRID, GRS forecasting, that turns into actionable insights to further drive the business
  • Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers ensuring alignment and resolving any complex negotiations and scenarios as they arise
  • Analyze and deliver key business and financial metrics including topline results (revenue, volume, share) and key financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets) for the assigned territory
  • Partner with Management and cross functional team members to build Annual Plans to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Lead annual negotiations ensuring an optimized partnership agreement is in place that supports overall organizational priorities
  • Collaborative leader of a cross functional team responsible for the development and implementation of overall customer selling stories, while providing key insights to deliver all key execution metrics (Assortment, Shelving, Pricing, Merchandising and Innovation)
  • Ownership over developing LTO and seasonal rotation strategy with internal brand and commercial teams in collaboration with the customer
  • Oversee the on-going account updates and performance reporting against key metrics and problem solves plan gaps and brings forward recommendations to deliver on required business objectives
  • Work closely with Coca-Cola NAOU supply chain (Directors/AE’s) to maximize mutual customer plans, results, and execution
  • Build and leverage relationships with both BODYARMOR teams and Bottlers to ensure alignment and focus on delivering key customer objectives
  • Participate in key cross functional routines to provide on-going plan updates and ensure flawless execution of customer programs and initiatives
  • Provide customer input to annual plans including all Marketing, Commercial and Innovation plans to support overall improvements in customer engagement
  • Fully leverage all cross functional resources to deliver best in class capabilities to customers including selling stories, consumer and customer marketing and insights and revenue growth management plans
  • Accurately document and manage annual T&E budget ensuring alignment with internal financial objectives

 

Qualification & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
  • 6 years direct sales experience in the beverage industry and hold a track record of successfully selling into national or regional channel customers required
  • Experience calling on Sam’s Club strongly desired, including MADRID and GRS
  • Location within the Northwest Arkansas area (within 50 miles) required
  • Strong understanding and analytical skills in understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data
  • Experience delivering fact-based, category-centric stories that deliver both category and brand growth
  • Must be self-motivated and highly organized with a strong desire to produce results with an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed
  • Must be able to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan & manage the required change
  • The ability to effectively intermingle with a wide variety of business professionals is essential
  • Solid computer skills in Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word
  • Position requires in-person attendance at bi-annual company retreats/meetings
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances
  • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy
  • Position requires travel (25%) by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories

Pay Range:

$141,000 - $165,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
