You will be the primary point of contact for all HR Related needs at the Bluffton, IN plant. The role will report to the HR Manager who oversees the Bluffton, IN and Perry, FL sites. Potential for progression to HR Manager in 2-4 years.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the HR superhero, supporting daily operations like onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Spread positivity and drive an engaged culture through fun and meaningful interactions with our hourly workforce.
- Be the go-to guru for company policies and practices.
- Team up with Talent Acquisition to manage headcount and support our business needs.
- Create and lead effective new hire onboarding and training programs.
- Champion our Retention, Rewards, and Recognition Employee Involvement Teams.
- Ensure we're always in compliance with regulatory requirements like FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
- The Sr. HR Generalist will be the point of contact for all HR Related needs at the Bluffton, IN plant. The role will report to the HR Manager who oversees the Bluffton, IN and Perry, FL sites.
- Potential for progression to HR Manager in 2-4 years.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or 5 years on the job experience as an HR Generalist.
- SHRM or HRCI certifications? Even better!
- At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- A solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stellar communication and project management skills.
- The ability to lead with empathy and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
