Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior HR Operations Analyst to join our Human Resource team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in HR data analysis, data entry, process improvement, and systems management. You will be responsible for optimizing HR workflows, ensuring data integrity, entering employee life cycle updates, and providing critical insights that drive better decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep analytical skills, a solid understanding of HR operations, and a passion for creating efficient HR systems.
Position Scope
This role will be a global role, providing support to all Vantage employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Case Management: Manage HR cases and employee inquiries through a case management system (Workday), ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues and providing exceptional customer service to employees. This includes partnering with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex cases, as well as identifying opportunities to improve case management processes and tools.

HR Systems & Processes: Oversee the administration and optimization of HR processes inside Workday and outside manual processes, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, global standardization, and continuous improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and analyze HR metrics, including but not limited to SLAs, case management, and employee survey data. Create and deliver actionable reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and collaborate with HRIS to implement improvements to HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency, global standardization, and employee experience.

Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation to support HR initiatives.

Project Management: Lead or participate in key HR projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and HR program implementations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other HR teams (Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, etc.) and departments (IT, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment and effective HR operations.

Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee life cycle questions, troubleshooting, and providing support to HR team members and employees.

HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and business needs.
Education & Experience:
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in data management, data analysis, and process optimization. Previous change management and/or project management experience preferred.
