Job Description
The Employee Experience Lead is an integral role and will be responsible for leading Employee Experience in the 0-90-day tenure.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure the role is explained clearly to candidates during the hiring process.
- Engage with new hires to enhance new hire experience in 0-90-day tenure.
- Conduct Pre-hire orientation programs to reduce offer drop out ratio.
- Using data to drive insights and priorities, you will work with the local HR team to identify pain points along the employee journey, and use design thinking and EX tools to constantly improve the EX.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze the process of exit interviews; and proactively implement preventive actions based on exit data.
- Run employee onboarding and retention projects.
- Perform other duties requested by the manager, which are related to this position and meet qualifications.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Employee experience, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Experience with employee journey mapping and process improvement
- Master's Degree in HR or a related field preferred
- In-depth understanding of employee experience best practices and methodologies
- Empathetic and supportive approach to customer interactions
- Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement creative solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Additional Information
This role is a budgeted and approved position where there is a focused effort in the retention and experience of offered candidates and new hires. There has been a considerable dip seen in attrition and improvement in offered candidate ratio. The cost of infant attrition is high and this position has helped in reducing the cost signifacantly.
