About the role:
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and support our CX organization and other key business units. This role will be based in San Antonio, Texas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving company and is eager to make an impact. You will partner closely with the Senior PeopleX Partner and focus on the following:
Day to Day:
- Onboarding & Offboarding – Ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Operational Excellence - Managing day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding and ongoing employee lifecycle processes.
- Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration – Managing leave requests and acting as the main liaison for employees and managers regarding leaves and accommodations.
- Recruitment Support – Assisting with hiring processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Talent Management Programs – Supporting employee training and development initiatives.
- People Analytics – Leveraging data to drive HR insights and decisions.
- Employee Relations – Handling ER matters to ensure positive outcomes.
- Performance Management - Providing guidance and support to managers on coaching, corrective actions and Performance Improvement Plans
- HR Projects – Contributing to various people-related initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
What You Bring to the table:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 4+ years of experience in an HR function (pref. Tech company)
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ADP).
- Experience supporting high-volume CX teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.

Pay range for this position is $63,000-$90,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
