Sr. Graphic Designer
Full Time Perm

Salary: $79,800 - $119,600, plus 8% annual bonus
Location: Columbus, OH
NiSource's Enterprise Communications team is responsible for telling our company's story internally and externally. That includes working with news media, websites, social media, crisis response, annual report and communicating the company's financial results. Internally, create messaging to inform and engage employees across websites, email, digital signage, print materials (including mailings to employees) and more.
The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting NiSource’s communication strategy by producing materials across a range of media and channels, with an emphasis on print communications (e.g., annual report, sustainability report).
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Produces content to meet business objectives and works collaboratively across departments to resolve issues, drive projects to closure, and achieve desired results.

Cultivates and manages strong, collaborative relationships to support development and execution of enterprise-wide efforts and local communications strategies.

Executes on a comprehensive editorial calendar by creating materials and driving digital content management and graphic development (e.g., brochures, videos, other publications) to support internal and external communications, and review materials for internal meetings.

Cultivates and manages strong, collaborative relationships to support development and execution of enterprise-wide efforts and local communications strategies.

Uses and identifies appropriate measurement tools and metrics to support effective communications.

Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and procedures to support individual, department, and NiSource-wide goals.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

4+ years of experience in graphic design with emphasis on print design and production

4+ years of experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud design applications including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience with content management systems

2+ years of communications support experience
