Cyara is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling of our brand across all channels. Reporting to the VP of Content Marketing, this role will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to craft compelling designs that elevate our brand, engage our audiences, and drive results.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Maintain and evolve Cyara’s visual identity to ensure consistency across all mediums, adhering to brand guidelines while introducing fresh, innovative ideas. 
• Creative Execution: Design and produce high-quality assets for a variety of mediums, including digital ads, social media, presentations, websites, infographics, email campaigns, event collateral, and print materials. 
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate concepts into visually impactful designs that align with business objectives. 
• Campaign Support: Conceptualize and execute creative for integrated campaigns, ensuring all design elements are cohesive and on-brand. 
• Innovation: Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the creative process and output. 

Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:

• Experience: 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise technology environment. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma (or similar), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint). 
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative skills, including digital, print, and branding projects. 
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and receive feedback constructively. 
• Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that balance business objectives with artistic creativity. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in the execution of design elements, from typography to layout and color. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global company or with international teams. 
• Familiarity with B2B enterprise software or technology sectors. 
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
