Working independently, the Finance and Accounting Technology Analyst will report to Enterprise Application Manager and closely work with Solution Architects in managing the SAP Finance and Accounting at Kings Hawaiian. This role involves heavily supporting the Finance and Accounting Team. This role will support the existing S/4 HANA landscape and Finance Applications with trouble shooting, bug fixing, development and implementation of enhancements as required by the business in S/4 HANA, Ariba, High Radius and integrated systems. This role will Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Assets, Costing, and Finance Operation teams. This role will adopt emerging technologies and innovate applications for business needs. Employees in this position may interact with their leader when needed, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage S/4 HANA FICO, Ariba, High Radius, Blackline and other Finance applications and support the Finance Team.
- Implement, optimize, and support S/4 FICO and other Finance Applications.
- Provide technical support to enterprise projects with technical and functional tasks.
- Design and development.
- Work with Architects, Business Analysts and business users to understand the business requirements and develop the functional and technical specification.
- Closely work with key finance and accounting users in AP, AR, GL, Costing, Assets
- Document and manage Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Test scripts and other documentation in the development and testing cycles.
- Work with internal business partners and external partners to drive the initiatives and to resolve issues.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and managing SAP FICO application
- 8+ Years of Experience with AP, AR, GL, CO and Assets in SAP.
- 5+ years of end-to-end experience with S/4 Hana.
- 5+ Years hands on experience with Finance Master data
- 5+ Years of experience in System configuration, training the users, documentation of FICO processes, and Testing.
- 5+ years of experience with FiCO reports
- 5+ years of experience with Vendor invoice Management, Customer invoice management and taxes
- 3+ years of experience in S/4 HANA 1709 or later.
- 3+ years of experience with bank integration, Lockbox, ACH, and EDI.
- 5+ years of experience with Enhancements, Reports, Dashboards, Conversion programs, Interfaces, Forms and Workflow in S/4
- Preferable to have experience in Ariba, High Radius Cash Applications, Blackline, Onestream.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
- Should have business acumen, Business process knowledge and experience with working with CFO and controller level executives.
- Expert knowledge of Process Industry desired.
- Expert troubleshooting skills.
- Expert in leading FICO projects and good command in blue printing, requirement gathering, Designing, Development, Unit testing, integration testing, End user training
- Expert ability to learn quickly and get the job done in a highly visible, high stress situation.
- Must have knowledge with SAP modules that integrates with FICO, such as procurement, inventory, Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, Plant Maintenance and integration of FICO with these areas.
- Knowledge of CO-PA and Product costing
- Willing to work onsite at Torrance, CA at least 3 days a week.

Annual Salary Range: $137,500-$187,500
