Additionally, serves as the business unit or practice lead in the tracking and delivery of workforce/staffing plans and delivery schedules. The Team Lead provides counsel and direction to hiring teams on effective internal and external talent sourcing/staffing solutions. This is achieved through requisition vetting exercises, the development of sourcing solutions, identifying, screening and presenting qualified talent to CDW leaders. The Senior Recruiter-Team Lead is responsible for the complete recruiting lifecycle, including ongoing reporting of key metrics with business leaders. The Senior Recruiter- Federal Team Lead provides day-to-day guidance and prioritization of requirements to the team of Federal recruiters. Additionally, serves as the business unit or practice lead in the tracking and delivery of Federal workforce/staffing plans and delivery schedules. The Federal Team Lead provides counsel and direction to Federal hiring teams and Federal customers on effective internal and external talent sourcing/staffing solutions. This is achieved through requisition vetting exercises, the development of sourcing solutions, identifying, screening and presenting qualified talent to CDW leaders. The Senior Recruiter-Federal Team Lead is responsible for the complete recruiting lifecycle, including ongoing reporting of key metrics with business leaders and assisting with the Federal Government proposal process from RFP through contract award
What you will do:
* Provide day-to-day direction to recruiters on hiring priorities and day-to-day delivery, oversight of weekly and monthly data tracking and reporting and hiring progress versus initial hiring plans.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition Management on workforce/staffing plans and hiring/delivery schedules.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition Management to identify talent strategies to help solve business problems.
* Support recruiters in identifying and developing sourcing strategies, to meet hiring objectives and establish a pipeline of high-quality diverse candidates.
* Identify and develop strategic sourcing solutions, including securing appropriate vendor partners to augment efforts and deliver results.
* Responsible for vendor management and holding vendor partners accountable for service level agreements and delivery schedules.
* Proactively track and report challenges/themes/trends and works toward successful resolution of vendor challenges.
* Educate internal hiring teams and recruiters on market and talent intelligence trends.
* Proactively network and stay up to date on key industry contacts, associations, trade groups for both active and passive candidates.
* Proactively share insights and best practices for full life cycle recruiting from planning through delivery.
* Recruiting Delivery: Manage the recruiting lifecycle consisting of: presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components of the process consistent with CDW guidelines and policies.
* Review candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and core competencies in relation to position requirements.
* Prescreen candidates through use of critical assessing and effective selling of CDW and the opportunity to fully assess and engage candidate.
* Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and hiring teams during the interview and hiring process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates
* Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback sessions with interview teams and candidates.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure a successful and thorough audit if required.
* Provide regular reporting of key metrics and analytics to inform, guide and assist hiring teams with hiring demand planning and staffing solutions.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and provide counsel to hiring teams and leaders to build trust relationships
What we expect of you:
* Bachelors degree and 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting OR 9 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
* 5 years experience in full lifecycle IT recruiting industry working with Federal Government customers and government contracting
* Experience working directly with managers and those leadership team members to understand labor categories, requirements, bill rates, and contract expectations including SCA benefits.
* Experience working with Facility Security team for candidate clearance pick up.
* Experience working with Hiring Teams to manage incumbent capture process at time of contract transition.
* Experience in the planning, sourcing, screening and hiring of talent for a business unit or functional area of a business.
* A thorough knowledge of recruiting delivery including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret applicant data, to develop criteria for candidate selection and make hiring recommendations.
* Success developing metrics, reporting and executive hiring summaries to hiring teams.
* Internet savvy with proven sourcing techniques.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
* History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
* Track record of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with critical attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Pay range: $ 106,000 - $ 154,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
