Your Role at Delta Faucet

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director to lead and execute commercial growth strategies across three key segments: Builder, Multi-Family, and Hospitality. This leadership position will drive profitable growth, increase market share, and integrate our products into appropriate customer segments. The role requires strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and implement the strategic plan to achieve outpaced market share gains and profit improvements.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Manage and develop a team that creates and executes segment-specific growth strategies.
  • Growth Strategy Implementation: Develop action plans with Channel Teams (Programs, Promotions, Product Offerings, Sales Tools, Training) to drive growth initiatives.
  • Market Analysis & Segmentation: Analyze and identify target markets and build an overall channel opportunity model by segment, growth, and trends
  • Program Effectiveness: Track and measure the effectiveness of programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Metrics & Models: Design and deploy metrics and models that improve decision-making and in-market actions.
  • Gap Identification & Service Optimization: Identify and implement solutions to address product and service gaps across segments.
  • Sales Support: Provide direct and indirect support to sales teams to ensure successful execution of growth strategies.
  • Trade Alignment: Ensure we have alignment on our segment strategies and action plans with our regional and national account sales teams, trade marketing, sales enablement and luxury.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in commercial strategy and segment development, preferably within the consumer goods or home improvement industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in developing pricing strategies and managing budgets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with CRM tools.

Other Considerations:

  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%).

Full timeHiring Range: $161,900.00 - $254,320.00Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
