Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

Lead the successful launch of a new business line, ensuring execution aligns with defined program goals and overseeing daily operations, timelines, resources, and stakeholders.

Drive project management efforts, including governance, communication plans, and coordination of cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment and documentation of key deliverables.

Design and manage an end-to-end communications strategy, ensuring internal and external C-suite stakeholders are well-informed and aligned.

Expand the new business line footprint by engaging with key clients and pursuing major new logo opportunities.

Identify areas for future business growth, developing initiative business cases and strategies for market entry.

Engage with executive leadership, Vista Equity Partners, and the Board of Directors to ensure alignment and support for market growth initiatives.

Experience: 2+ years in a high growth professional setting, such as management consulting, venture-backed startups, private equity, or investment banking with a strong focus on complex project execution and project management.
