Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Product Manager to lead our engineering team with a focus on driving content automation through technology and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in the .NET framework, SQL, and data architecture with proven product management skills and a passion for AI and machine learning technologies. 

What you will do: 

Leadership and Strategy

  • Directly manage and mentor two prompt engineers, ensuring professional development and high performance. 
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, setting clear goals and expectations while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, UX/UI designers, and customer support to ensure a cohesive product strategy that meets market needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and content generation to maintain a competitive edge. 

Product Development: 

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for content automation using generative AI technologies, aligning with the company's vision and objectives. 
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to inform new features and improvements for the AI-driven content automation system. 
  • Translate technical details into user and business value to guide the prioritization of product features and decisions. 
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the tech stack (.NET, Blazor, and other technologies) is effectively utilized to achieve product objectives. 
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to release, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld. 
  • Evaluate and incorporate user feedback to iterate on and enhance the product. 

Technical Oversight:

  • Understand, advocate, and augment the technical capabilities of our existing product catalog, ensuring they are leveraged for optimal performance and scalability 

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Engineering, Analytics, Economics or similar field; Master’s degree is preferred 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital/technical product management, preferably using Generative AI, Data science or similar technologies. 
  • Experience with user journeys, personas, user experience and product development life cycle preferably in technologies like .net, Postgres or SQL 
  • Hands on experience in implementing, enhancing and automating process and practices within an organization. 
  • Preferred work experience will include digital product, services or management consulting companies. 
  • Agile ability to anticipate need, be responsive and adapt to change.
