We are seeking an ambitious Senior Demand Generation Manager with a positive attitude who is passionate about driving results.

What You’ll Do

As the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll define the ideal marketing mix and strategically allocate resources to maximize qualified leads and pipeline. Collaborating with an amazing team of marketers, product specialists, sales, designers, and developers, you'll help shape ShipperHQ’s growth and brand strategy. With a strong B2B marketing background – particularly in demand generation strategy and execution – you should be highly analytical and data-driven, ensuring every marketing effort is optimized for maximum impact.

Your Impact

  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation programs through a wide variety of channels and tactics, including search, PPC, paid social, display, content syndication, sponsorships, email marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives pipeline and revenue 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Own and optimize the performance and growth marketing budget, prioritizing high-ROI initiatives
  • Implement automated programs to nurture and convert web traffic into sales
  • Continuously analyze acquisition costs across all channels and optimize for maximum efficiency
  • Maximize website conversion rates through A/B testing of structure, design, and content

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, particularly in SaaS, preferably in e-commerce 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, high-impact messaging
  • Proven experience planning and executing ABM campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing ads across a wide range of platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot) GTM, ABM tools, marketing automation, and Google Analytics; Technical expertise with GTM, 
  • Deep understanding and experience with SEO email marketing, content marketing, and social media
  • Data-driven and results-focused, with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing environment. 
  • Strong project management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a team-first attitude.

Logistics:

  • This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week 
  • Compensation is based on experience
