Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Accurate Premium Application, Billing, Monitoring Delinquencies, Reconciliation And Suspense Maintenance On Active Groups.. This Position Supports Internal And External Customers, Including But Not Limited To Leadership, Sales, Account Management, Claims, Membership, Reinsurance And Operations. Provide Prompt, Accurate Resolution Within The Established Performance Standards/Metrics.. This Position Is Responsible For Planning And Conducting Detailed Data Audits, Developing And Delivering Reports, Adhering To Mar Controls And Peer Review.. Processing Cancelled Accounts, Providing Billing Information, Credit Refunds.. Oversees Work Of Billing Specialists, Providing Training And Acting As A Subject Matter Expert To Address Issues Encountered By Billing Specialists.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of insurance industry job experience or 6 years business experience
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills
*Ability to coach, direct and motivate team members
*Analytical, problem solving, organizational and research skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Genelco Group or GIAS experience

Base Pay Range$37,400.00 - $78,400.00
