About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate Proposal Manager to support Requests for Information/Proposal (RFx), working effectively across multiple time zones. The role requires a self-starter with a deep desire for quality, proposal domain learning, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About You
You are passionate about operational excellence, innovative technology, and partnering across organizations like Sales, Solution Consulting, Legal and more to deliver impactful results. This role will grow over time to more in-depth proposal management across industries, regions and Workday business.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting virtual teams in the development, review and delivery of compelling proposal responses that positively impact Workday:
- Manage multiple, standard RFx efforts to help ensure compliance to customer requirements and adherence to company business practices.
- Lead project plans, schedules, and submissions for proposal efforts that meet customer requirements.
- Manage proposal reviews including coordinating participants, timeliness, feedback resolution, and integrating appropriate comments/modifications.
- Basic Industry knowledge and competitor insight applicable to proposal pursuits.
- Work directly with global Proposal Managers to facilitate understanding of requirements and conduct research as needed.
- Assist with follow-on RFP activities to ensure complete customer evaluation of proposals, including customer clarifications, identified deficiencies, or other related activities.
- Participate in team support of RFP content database maintenance and strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in persuasive writing, project/document management, editing and desktop publishing or marketing/technical writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google and desirable with online portals and content repositories.
