Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition Programs & Optimization at a glance...
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and compliant execution of our talent acquisition processes. This position requires a thorough understanding of talent acquisition compliance, proficiency in recruitment technologies, and a strategic and analytical mindset to drive process improvements.
What's on the menu?

  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations for both US and Canada, ensuring the company's talent acquisition practices adhere to legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and synchronize TA projects and plans with the TA Pod within the HR Evolution organization, as well as with TA Capabilities to understand effectiveness and efficiency gaps to drive technology and process interventions.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess and enhance compliance across the recruitment life cycle, as well as develop and implement compliance training programs for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of recruitment systems.
  • Manage vendor/supplier relationships for Talent Acquisition.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
