Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Institution Client Success within LPL’s Client Success group is responsible for contributing to a world-class experience for a large financial institution client. This includes having a deep working knowledge of their product offering, helping ensure compliant process and procedures, and ensuring a cohesive experience across our platform. The focus will be on ensuring a seamless experience while helping to improve our firm’s economic and risk profiles.
Responsibilities:

The Sr. Analyst, Institution Client Success role is primarily focused on providing a cohesive experience across a large clients’ constituencies, including wealth advisors and an asset manager

Works closely with our Client Success, Wealth Consulting, Compliance and Product teams on analysis and support opportunities

The day-to-day client experience management activities span due diligence, end to end advisor experience, and addressing operational and compliance issues for both clients and internal stakeholders

A preferred candidate will have an understanding of the advisor experience, advisory services, and investment offerings in advisory and regulatory risk and compliance requirements.

Drive projects, initiatives, and analyses that help reach decisions and ensure tasks move forward to the successful execution of key priorities

Capture feedback from advisors, operations teams, stakeholders and key partners, translating this feedback into insights and recommendations on improving the offering

Partnering across the firm to advance initiatives, enhancements, and surface to help remove roadblocks in Technology, Finance, Service/Trading, Operations and Legal/Risk

Partnering with Compliance, Legal and Risk on the dynamic regulatory environment

Participate in the formulation of the program development roadmap

Building presentations and delivering findings to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

4+ years financial services experience

1+ year wealth management/advisor support experience required

1+ year analyzing and organizing multiple large data sets, excel proficient

Pay Range:
$77,000.00 - $128,400.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
