We are seeking an experienced Data and AI Strategy & Platforms Analyst who will be responsible for enabling, empowering and contributing to programs within our digital data strategy portfolio, while collaborating with wider data governance & platform teams to develop their strategies.
The role includes key components of enabling the portfolio management function, improving the operations across the Digital Data & AI team, and establishing best practices for strategy and business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive strategic program orchestration in partnership with cross functional teams, ensuring we build the right products, with scalable data foundations and
-
Drive strategic program prioritization across our Data products and services that further deliver AI capabilities on user-centric, easy to use and scalable platforms.

Drive PMO function activities at the portfolio and program levels, regular reviews of delivery schedules, use of the standard tools to help manage on time delivery, value, scope, and manage program finances and reporting.

Facilitate the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the investment, success and impact of data and AI initiatives align with our corporate strategies and ambitions.

Work with digital, data & AI team members to maintain strong relationships with key tech and consulting partners, ensuring value add and co-development, community and CoE building.

Participating in key strategic initiatives on evolving topics allowing Sanofi to go all in on AI, responsibly.

Drive, curate, and enable Storytelling & Analytics to create communications for executive audiences, digital leaders and the everyday Sanofian that delivers our “value delivered” story.

Deliver ad-hoc strategic initiatives of the Digital Data organization, in a management or support capacity in collaboration with the Strategy arm of the team.
About You:

Strategy-to-implementation digital / data & AI experience, consulting experience a bonus

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills and strategic thinking skills.

Demonstrated experience shaping strategy into tactical delivered, with KPIs and metrics.

Exposure to the establishment and adoption of portfolio management practices

Acting as a translator, gathering business needs, pain points, requirements and overall strategy to design the right data and AI solutions, simplify complex jargon and set the tone for a positive change culture

Experience and exposure to Tech capabilities (e.g. data engineering, data science, architecture, cloud, data visualization, AI Implementations, data governance risk management and more).

Experience and exposure to Product management, Product Innovation & Agile skillsets.

Experience contributing to complex, cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact projects.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines. Effective written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

As a Digital Risk Advisory Lead, you will proactively engage with product teams to provide guidance and consultation on Digital solution lifecycle risks and controls.
The Digital Risk Advisory Lead is accountable for anticipating and resourcing the quality and compliance needs of the Digital Data teams. He/she will provide key quality expertise to establish pragmatic compliance controls supporting selection of data platforms, establishment of global data architecture, implementation of data governance tools at scale, enabling data science capabilities, and design/development/deployment and use of Responsible AI solutions.
Critical aspect of the role includes defining an agile quality and compliance strategy that supports Digital Data unit in their effort to establish a standardized, resilient, and sustainable data and AI model pipeline - including data sources, data quality, data governance, data management and master data management.

Main Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary digital risk & compliance point of contact for Digital Data / Business solution owners and teams.

Provide cross-domain guidance on topics including risk profile execution, control implementation, and risk management/action planning.

Manage extended team interactions, engaging subject matter resources where needed.

Provide support and guidance during audit, inspection, and assurance activities.
-
Identify opportunities to further enable Digital Data / Business self-service and scale & optimize controls implementation, work with Digital Risk Advisory leads to drive change.

Deliver training / awareness sessions (e.g., lunch & learns) on digital risk & compliance topics to upskill stakeholders.

Demand/Delivery Mgmt. / Stakeholder Mgmt.

Work closely with the Digital Data teams to review the project and application portfolio to mobilize quality support to meet stakeholder needs.

Accountable for the appropriate quality staffing of PODs, Programs & Services

Oversee, monitor, and report on all Digital Risk and Compliance activities within domain of responsibility.

Plan the workload for domain of responsibility.

Advise, educate, and guide Digital Data project and product teams on and oversee compliance activities in a rapidly evolving technology environment.

Advise on and support the effective quality management of third parties, including SaaS / cloud suppliers

Lead risk assessment, quality assurance, quality strategy definition and oversee their execution in collaboration with external service providers

Define Quality and Compliance Standards for emerging regulatory concerns relating to data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Digital Quality System, System Lifecycle methodology and Digital Processes

Audits & Inspections / Controls Assurance

Collaborate with Business System owners, Business Quality and Solution Center representatives to prepare for regulatory inspections and internal audits, respond to questions and address findings through corrective/ preventive action plans to improve compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System

Support internal quality assessments and reviews for assigned projects and applications to ensure compliance and / or application of best practices.

Internal Control & Risk Management

Support the execution of the ICM and SOX Campaigns, including the support, monitoring, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Support IT Risk Management through identification, characterization, and development of mitigation plans, in collaboration with Digital Units and other stakeholders.

About You
REQUIREMENTS
-
Demonstrated experience with quality support in data governance and management setting. Experience with data governance, data science / analytics in a regulated context and in an agile environment is a key differentiator.

Ability to identify and act on next wave of regulatory compliance risks relating to data science, AI, ML, …

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

8+ years of experience Quality Management, Computerized Systems compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy) or Information Technology contributing to regulated projects or system lifecycle activities.

Experience with management of data integrity, data governance, and data management in a regulated context
