Job Summary
The role of a Travel Desk Executive involves managing all travel-related activities for employees within an organization
Responsibilities:
- Manage travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments for clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure seamless execution of itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving employee queries and concerns promptly.
- Handle international ticketing processes efficiently.
- Handle VIP and group bookings.
- Analyze ticketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality about travel plans and follow company rules regarding travel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in the travel industry (BPO/Call Centre/Travel Industry).
- Strong knowledge of booking systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international calls effectively.
- Proficiency in creating customized travel using various tools Concur and BCD.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
