How will you make an impact?
- Understand and keep up to date with the product architecture.
- Analytical model development using Tibco Streaming/Streambase 11.0
- Review design and code developed by team to adhere to the project coding and quality standards.
- Ensure technical deliveries meet quality and timeliness KPI’s.
- Participate in resolving production issues
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, maintainability, extensibility etc.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
- Develop Unit tests using frameworks
- Work with mindset to bring in continuous improvements in the team and deliver value adds.
- Guide team to debug critical issues and create RCA’s.
- Should communicate effectively all concepts and guidelines to development team.
- Follow agile development practices.
Have you got what it takes?

- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology/Electronic Engineering
- Total 8+ years of experience in Analytics model development using Tibco Streambase 11.0
- Strong in DB development ( MS SQL / Postgres )
- Knowledge of Actimize frameworks like RCM(Actone)
- Must have prior hands on experience in Tibco Streambase 11.0
- Should be familiar in creating / debugging / troubleshooting a Streambase model.
- Working experience on AWS ( or any other cloud ) is favorable
- Knowledge about DevOps tools ( Jenkins / ansible / Terraform )
- Experienced working on Linux and/or Unix
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be a self-motivated, rapid learner with an active interest in the latest tools, technologies and processes.
- Experience working in Agile
Education Qualification:
- Knowledge of Actimize RCM
- Domain knowledge - Capital Markets / Trading / Fraud Detections / Compliance
