Specialist - Sales Operations Support, Bath&Wellness
We count on you for these tasks:
- Customer Master Data: Well data maintenance for new customers, sales conditions, customer data adjustment in SAP system.
- Pricing support: pricelist preparations, validity dates monitoring and net price calculation.
- Operational support: connect smooth process with accounting and marketing teams, tracking invoices and customer bonus payment.
- Sales excellence: support in further sales process improvements, standardization of projects and operating model.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales operational process, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
What we expect:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field or apprenticeship in business management
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or similar roles.
- Proactive, quick learner, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects.
- Digital oriented, proficiency in MS Office365, SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Active team player, good at collaboration and communicative.
- You speak German? Good! And English? Great! 😊
