The Global Benefits & Payroll Administrator (“Administrator”) supports the Firm’s global benefit programs and payroll through effective and timely administration of domestic and international fully- and self-insured employee benefit plans and payrolls. The Administrator administers benefit plan eligibility and enrollment events, maintains benefit plan and payroll documentation and reporting. This position requires a high attention to detail, collaboration, and time management.

Benefit Plan Administration:
- Assists with administration for domestic and international employee benefits programs, predominantly the cellphone reimbursement program, fitness reimbursement program
- Executes the annual audit for the cellphone reimbursement and fitness reimbursement programs
- Coordinates and supports benefit enrollment process for new employees and current employee benefit events.
- Review, validation and approval of information in the Human Resources Information System (“HRIS”), to process benefit elections ensuring a smooth and positive experience to employees.
Payroll Administration:
- Assists with managing post-payroll reporting for domestic and international payroll
- Enters payroll information into third-party systems, such as pension contribution detail
- Conducts benefit deduction audits against the payroll deduction data
- Provide support for other payroll administration functions as needed, such as timekeeping and garnishments
Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepares routine and ad-hoc reporting as requested by management.
- Maintains awareness of federal, state, and local benefit laws and regulations to ensure compliance, including, but not limited to, HIPAA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and Section 125 provisions
- Maintains and recommends improvements to processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of benefits program administration.
- Participates on committees and special projects, and seeks additional responsibilities.

Education and Experience:
High-school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required; One to three years general human resources and/or benefits administration and/or payroll experience required.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HRMS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Workday experience is strongly preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor working environment.
- Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm; interface with clients and external vendors as necessary.
- Independent travel requirement: 0 to 10%.
- 40+ hour standard workweek requirement.
