We are now looking for Invoice to Pay Specialists for permanent positions to join our Invoice to Pay Operations team in Wrocław, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end transactions and managing and resolving exceptions related to Invoice to Pay process for specific UPM business(es).

Invoice to Pay Operations is an integral part of Source to Pay Operations. Source To Pay Operations is responsible for managing, operating and improving Source to Pay processes and solutions. We deliver end-to-end insights and dedicated services for UPM businesses and functions, and are focused on continuously improving process efficiency, quality and compliance.

What you will do

• Deliver, analyse and report Invoice to Pay end-to-end services on time and with high quality

• Invoice to Pay services in this context are invoice processing, accounts payable management (incl. some outgoing payment processing tasks and GR/IR activities) and supplier and end-user query management

• Manage escalations and process exceptions, implement relevant improvement actions to fix the root causes

• Proactively take the initiative to identify and implement continuous improvement in Invoice to Pay process area

• Act as a single point of contact/key user for defined areas and drive cooperation with the relevant business stakeholders

• Give input and participate to Invoice to Pay related development projects (e.g. testing) when necessary

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager, including backup activities for Invoice to Pay process area

• Ensure compliance with UPM internal controls, business rules, policies and legal requirements

Who you are

• You are fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish is considered an asset

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional qualification in related area and at least 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts Payable area or in accounting and reporting tasks

• You have knowledge of tools such as SAP FICO (R/3 and/or S/4), Basware P2P, Service Now, Power BI and experience from working in a global organization, which is considered an asset

• You are an engaged, service-oriented person with strong communication and influencing skills

• You have an analytical skills and attention to details

• You have an organized and controlled way of working, capability to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements and you are able identify risks in your own area

• You have collaboration and team-working skills with flexible and open approach towards changes

• You have self-management skills and are motivated to take initiative and enhance existing processes
