Job Summary:
The Sourcing Systems Analyst I is responsible for supporting the daily operating functions of the ERP system, maintenance and support of Vendor Lifecycle Management system, and other departmental systems that may be implemented.
Essential Functions:
- Manage all Vendor adds/deactivations in the ERP system and Vendor Lifecycle Management system
- Facilitate Vendor name change processing
- Perform debarment checks of new Vendors and monthly debarment audits
- Manage the Vendor Management department email to support the Enterprise and Vendors with Purchasing and Sourcing needs
- Validate appropriate contracts have been executed to authorize the set up of FTP site as requested by IT
- Provide support to the Business, Sourcing, Purchasing and Vendors for the completion of the Supplier Registration within the Vendor Lifecycle Management system
- Evaluate and make recommendations for continuous improvements for the Vendor Lifecycle Management system and other departmental systems
- Assist with system testing and validation for new or modified functionality
- Maintain key data elements in the Vendor Lifecycle Management tool for auto assigning requests and appropriate business and budget owner approvals
- Coordinate the maintenance and updating of the Senior Management Listing
- Create, review and revise Vendor Lifecycle Management System training materials for Enterprise users
- Provide departmental and enterprise system user training
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in business administration, procurement or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, and/or procurement is required
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred

Compensation Range:
$53,400.00 - $85,600.00

In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
