Solutions/Software Architect Manager (Pooling)

Job Description:

- Design and develop software architecture that aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with senior architects, development teams, and stakeholders to implement architectural solutions and ensure best practices are followed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and implementation guides.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning sessions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our architecture and systems.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks to support the development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to architecture and provide guidance to development teams.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers and architects.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture or a related role.

-5+ years of Managerial Experience
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficient in more than one programming language, such as Java, Python, .NET, or Full Stack.
- Experience with development tools and frameworks, such as IDEs, version control systems, and build automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience in designing cloud-based solutions.
- Relevant certifications in software architecture, cloud computing, or related areas are highly desirable.
