This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Calix SmartHome enables service providers to deliver a differentiated residential subscriber experience at home and on the go. We are looking for a hands-on Solutions Marketing Manager to drive Calix growth in residential & community broadband solutions. This role is responsible for positioning and marketing programs for broadband service providers globally.
You will partner with a wide array of Calix teams to define and market solutions that combine platforms, software, systems, customer support, services, and success teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional, a solutions evangelist, and a natural storyteller who thrives on the challenge of leading companies into new business opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and community solutions.
  • Create and communicate value propositions and holistic narratives.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing, Product, Services, Success, and Sales teams to create compelling multi-dimensional solutions that deliver exceptional value to broadband service providers.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for Calix SmartHome with SmartTown solution.
  • Drive the creation of compelling collateral, ranging from webpages, solution briefs, white papers, blogs, and presentations.
  • Create recommended best practices and go-to-market business models for BSP success.
  • Produce sales enablement materials for our global sales force.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of relevant solution/product marketing experience, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Proven experience in marketing solutions to broadband service providers or commercial Wi-Fi providers.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into clear benefits.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
  • Periodic bursts of travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Remote-based position located in the United States or Canada

Compensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.

158,700.00 - 238,100.00 USD Annual

National Major Cities plus, CA, CO, NY Metro area:

138,000.00 - 207,000.00 USD Annual

Regional plus NY:

124,200.00 - 186,300.00 USD Annual
