You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

You have at least 10 years of software engineering experience with expertise in contact center technology suite.

You have a minimum of 3 + years of experience in migrating customers from Genesys On-prem to Cloud, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

You have stakeholder management experience and can influence business decisions and strategy to lead to positive outcomes.

You have experience acting as a problem solver, player/coach and are a culture contributor.

You have proven experience developing technology roadmaps and cultivating innovative technology solutions.

You are a technical expert with strong business insight. You are a go to leader of software engineering best practices.

You have extensive technology vendor management experience. You’ve led technology direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $142,394-$227,830
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
