What You'll Do:
As a Sales Solutions Consultant at SambaSafety, you will engage with commercial customers in a wide range of markets, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate. You will be involved in all stages of the sales process, demonstrating the value of SambaSafety's products through informed, consultative recommendations. Your expertise will ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed, fostering confidence in our solutions.

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert, thoroughly understanding and communicating the benefits and features of our products.
  • Identify and analyze customer requirements, including use cases, benefit statements, and third-party system integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance to prospects, assisting them in effectively selling our solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint value propositions for prospects and vertical markets.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to bring the right resources to each opportunity.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding ongoing services throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight key technical aspects and benefits.
  • Assist clients in overcoming challenges during the sales process.
  • Provide feedback to the team and Product Management for process or product improvements.
  • Create effective presentations that blend technical facts with tangible benefits.
  • Conduct value-based software demonstrations and sales presentations that address customer pain points.


What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with a sales team and understanding key priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Proficiency in software programs supporting our business (Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in solutions consulting/sales engineering in technology/software/SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with SFTP, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Solid understanding of the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Strong relationship-building, tenacity, resilience, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex subjects effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel 30% or more.
