The Solution Design Specialist will bridge the technical and business worlds, collaborating closely with engineers, product owners, salespeople, and clients to ensure that our products solve the right problems and convert our prospective clients into users and fans of our technology. Successful candidates will be curious, innovative, have a passion for improving client operations, excellent technical problem-solving abilities, desire to help our customers solve payment integrity challenges, and a deep desire to play a part in the rapidly evolving role of AI in healthcare.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

  • Partner with Sales Team to support the development of sales opportunities across the payment integrity market

  • Work with internal teams to develop customer specific sales strategy

  • Provide industry and solution expertise to our customers in support of our offerings

  • Create/adapt presentation material to support customer specific engagements

  • Conduct savings and total cost of ownership analysis

  • Develop solution roadmaps based on product releases, customer timelines and solution opportunity

  • Serve as a solution and industry SME

  • Provide customer/solution feedback to internal stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in client facing solution design or consulting roles

  • 5+ years of collaborating with pre-sales and/or implementation teams

  • 3+ years of technical implementation experience 

  • representative models to make an informed recommendation.

GENERAL COMPETENCIES

  • Extensive experience in translating technical concepts into comprehensive client facing documents such as responses to client RFPs, sales proposals, installation specifications, and client presentations.

  • Proficiency in analyzing complex operations

  • Able to bridge the gap between business objectives and the teams working to implement solutions that meet client objectives.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to articulate and document processes and workflows

  • Understand and apply the use of operational and financial metrics to drive business decisions

  • Ability to build relationships and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results in a self-empowered environment

  • Payment Accuracy knowledge preferred. Working knowledge of clinical and content rules development preferred

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) enabling effective communication both internally with all areas of the business and externally at prospect/customer staff, managerial, and executive levels

  • Must interface effectively with all levels of management as well a diverse technical team

  • Exhibits an innovative, solution mindset

  • Deep understanding of healthcare payment processing operations and technologies and related industry standards

  • Expertise in developing thoughtful client solutions that directly address critical business requirements

  • Systems implementation background modernizing or implementing a claims adjudication system, care management solution, or data project in healthcare

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be flexible and responsive to adapt to significant amounts of change

Constantly required for duration of 8 hrs or longer to make repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and /or fingers through use of computer.

$119,439.36 - $179,159.04
