We are now looking for a talented Solution Lead to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and delivering solutions to create business value.

Digitalization is a cornerstone of our strategy, enabling us to drive our ambitions in growth, productivity, and sustainability. The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.

The Digital & Process Performance (DDP) function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. Business Partnering organization supports and develops segment applications, analytics and reporting capabilities and segment-specific ERP rollout management. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.

This role reports to the Head of Global ERP Development & Implementation, and is preferably located in our HQ, Espoo Finland.

Responsibilities and key activities:

• Develop and manage standardized processes to develop and deliver solutions efficiently and at scale.
• Ensure processes for managing the demand and solution prioritization are being followed.
• Collaborate with architects, Process Owners, Solution Owners, Rollout projects and other stakeholders to ensure timely and good quality delivery.
• Manage external solution development and test factories.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution delivery.
• Communicate solution delivery status, progress, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
   

Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (e.g. ERP implementations)
• Proven ability to manage solution development projects, preferably with ERP development.
• Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Fluency in English
