We are seeking a highly technically-oriented individual with hands-on experience in integrations and onboarding processes. This role requires extensive AdTech experience and deep technical knowledge (e.g., JS, HTTP, HTML, programmatic).
We’re looking for someone who is naturally responsible and a problem-solver at heart.
In this role, you’ll work with the Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Research team, and engaging directly with clients as needed. As the technical expert in the room, you will be involved in pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and client onboarding. Additionally, you’ll focus on data monitoring and close collaboration with our R&D and TAM teams.
You should be TOTALLY passionate about:
*Identifying new trends in constantly evolving digital environments such as CTV and SSAI
*Working in a cybersecurity product company within the Media vertical
*Having an actual impact on our product as well as our customers
Main responsibilities
- Consulting and guiding our customers regarding the technical implementation
- Define technical requirements and provide guidance in the use of the Verification solutions.
- Ability to gather requirements from TAM team and convert these to solutions
- T2 support, troubleshooting integration / technical issues raised by the TAMs and/or the end-client.
- Communicate with customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively.
- Guide the Research team when you find anomalies or irregularities, including preparing the base analysis and framing the investigation for maximum efficiency.
- Perform data analysis (SQL and Excel) to guide and advise your customer
Requirements
- A strong foundation in all things digital
- You have at least 3 years of technical Adtech background acting as Ad-Ops or similar- a must
- 2+ Years as a Professional Services Consultant / Solution Engineer in a global SaaS company- an advantage
- You have hands-on experience in reviewing and troubleshooting integrations with publishers and ad platforms.
- A steadfastness to clear and concise communication, with the ability to translate potentially complicated technical situations to a variety of audiences, both internally and externally to stakeholders at all levels
- You have experience working with Excel and SQL.
- You previously analyzed data at an impression/log level to identify relevant trends and irregularities in the client’s operation.
- You understand the web, browsers, HTTP, and HTML well. You are also able to review and understand HTML and JavaScript for any errors when troubleshooting.
- Customer service focus, feel comfortable in customer-facing dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize well in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English, and other languages are an advantage.
