Here, you will be a part of the Team responsible for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Solution Operations, dedicated to various steady state operations functions. Together, we focus on maintaining solution stability, security, and performance after implementation, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within our SAP Cloud Solution.

Your Mission:

Here, you’ll ensure seamless alignment between business requirements and IT. You'll design robust and scalable SAP solutions that drive organizational goals, while guiding technical teams through complex system integrations. A key part of your role will be maintaining strong governance, over critical functions and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Architect enterprise-wide solutions that align with business needs and IT strategy.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Architecture best practices.
• Provide expertise in system design and integration, ensuring solutions meet performance standards.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements within the SAP landscape.
• Lead and manage our strategic Application Management Services (AMS) partner, setting clear expectations
• Act as a technical liaison between project teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the SAP landscape.

About you:

In this role, you will bring strong leadership and communication skills to guide technical teams and ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with business objectives. Your strategic mindset will help drive long-term success, while your attention to detail ensures governance control over critical functions. With deep expertise in SAP architectures, particularly S/4 HANA and cloud technologies, you'll thrive in an evolving environment, adapting quickly to new technologies.

Proactive problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are key to excelling in this position.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of ERP experience, with most of it preferably in SAP Solutions as a Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in SAP architecture, particularly S/4 HANA and related cloud technologies.
• Advanced degree in technology or related field, with certifications in architectural frameworks.

Location:

Location for this position is in Mumbai. 

But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office 2-3 days a week (minimum 50% during the week).
